Who I Am
Hi, I’m Emilia – Skin Therapist.
For over 16 years I’ve been helping people improve the health of their skin.
I work with teenagers and adults struggling with:
• acne
• sensitive skin
• redness
• pigmentation
• premature ageing
Before becoming an independent Skin Therapist, I spent over 5 years working in an aesthetic medicine clinic, where I gained experience with advanced skin treatments and technologies.
Today I combine that experience with an individual approach to every client.
My goal isn’t to offer as many treatments as possible.
My goal is to help you understand your skin and choose the right path to improve it.

Acne treatment isn’t about one miracle treatment. It’s about consistency.
These photos show the progress after a series of professional treatments.

But this is also the perfect moment to explain something important…
Teenage acne isn’t “fixed” in a few weeks.
During puberty, hormones are constantly changing. New breakouts may still appear even when the skin is responding well to treatment.
That’s completely normal.
This is why successful acne therapy is always a combination of:
• regular professional treatments
• a consistent home skincare routine
• reducing excess sugar
• avoiding energy drinks and unnecessary isotonic drinks
After completing this treatment series, we’re giving the skin time to regenerate.
That doesn’t mean the therapy has stopped.
Professional treatments may pause for a while, but home skincare continues every single day.
Because healthy skin is built through consistency, not perfection.
Every skin has its own pace. My role is to support the process, not to rush it.

5 ways to support your skin during stressful periods
Stress is part of life.
While we can’t always remove stress, we can support both our body and our skin through stressful times.
Here are a few simple ways to help:
1. Prioritise sleep whenever possible.
Your skin repairs and regenerates while you sleep.
2. Keep your skincare routine simple and consistent.
Stress is not the time to overload your skin with too many products or constantly try something new.
3. Avoid over-exfoliating reactive skin.
Stressed skin is often more sensitive and needs support rather than aggressive treatments.
4. Support your skin barrier with gentle, nourishing products.
A healthy skin barrier helps the skin cope better with internal and external stressors.
5. Move your body and slow your mind.
Breathing exercises, yoga, Pilates, meditation or even a 15-minute walk can help reduce stress levels and support overall wellbeing - and your skin may benefit too.
Healthy skin isn’t just about what you apply on the surface.
Sometimes supporting your skin starts with supporting yourself.

But often, the skin notices first.
