Designed to support you throughout pregnancy with safe, effective movement, helping you maintain strength, build confidence and prepare your body for motherhood.

🤎 Mum & Baby – Starting 24th June at 12:30
A supportive postnatal course where your little one can join you whilst you focus on rebuilding strength, restoring confidence and carving out some much-needed time for yourself.

Whilst movement is at the heart of these courses, they’re about so much more than exercise. They’re about community, connection and creating a space where you feel supported during one of the biggest transitions in life.

We’re excited to share that The Reform Lounge is now sponsoring a court at Destino Padel.

Community has always been at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s in the studio or outside of it, bringing people together is a huge part of why we started TRL in the first place✨ It’s been great seeing so many familiar faces down at Destino whether that be playing or taking part in our Padel & Pilates event.
