Today I had to make the decision to adjust The Wellbeing Suite as per the pic below.

This will go on for the Summer Months and we will go back to candles and bed heaters for Winter.

Really fancied Pineapple today on my way home from work...so I picked one up.

The label on this one was Del Monte....remember that geezer? The man from Del Monte he say yeaahhh!! Class.. I was sold.

Got it home...cut it up...and it's basically a Cauliflower in a Pineapple Dress.

Looks like Cauliflower and tastes like Cauliflower - zero juice - fuming.

Anyone else fed up of buying fruit in this Country ?

My Die Hard Clients this week have left me like this.(always grateful)...

For those of you coming tomorrow morning....it's cool...we will find a way....I've still got my nervous system....we will connect somehow

My little boy Ted.

Ted has had seizures from being about 1 Year old . The first time it happened....I swear my heart stopped.

Over the years...I have learnt that me being in a mess whilst Ted is having a seizure, is just going to make things worse.

Animals, especially Dogs, pick up on our vibrations....so every time it happens, I need to be calm, positive and focused....but daaaaaayng!!!... it's hard watching your baby suffer.

It has taken time...but I have learnt that staying calm and telling him, during the seizure, that I'm here and it's OK...I've got him.

He saved my life....so whilst I can....I will save his.
