A little refresh for our gym-going, marathon running fitness fanatic Rach💉🏃🏻♀️
Swipe to see where we started back in November before we started Rachel’s treatment plan, which consisted of:
✨a course of face and under eye polynucleotides
✨3 areas anti-wrinkle
✨cheek filler
✨lip filler
✨microneedling
We added more into her cheeks, added some projection into the chin and topped up her anti-wrinkle that lasted six months🥶🧊

Our gorgeous Rosie.. one of my favourite clients who usually books in, arrives and leaves without the treatment she’s booked in for😂🥴.
It’s our jobs as practitioners to tell clients when something is definitely not needed, Rosie had a dimple in her chin before we filled it last year and has been adamant on a few occasions that it had came back (it hadn’t😂) so I refused treatment two or three times before this appointment as adding more filler would of affected the integrity of the area by overfilling which can result in a witchy looking chin or it collapsing all together.
It’s almost been a year and she’s had some weight loss so today was the day we actually added more to the area 😂

As the weather gets warmer, positive aspirations can become more common ☀️💉
Heat causes vasodilation, meaning blood vessels widen and blood flow increases. So if you’re intravascular, blood is more likely to enter the syringe during aspiration.
It’s one of the reasons aspiration results can vary depending on:
• Temperature
• Circulation
• Anxiety
• Exercise
• Even the room environment
To help reduce increased vascularity before treatment, clients can try to avoid:
• Intense exercise beforehand
• Hot showers or saunas
• Alcohol before treatment
• Excess caffeine
• Arriving overheated or flushed
Cool, calm tissue tends to be less vascular than skin that’s warm and stimulated ✨
A good reminder that aspiration is just one safety tool not a guarantee
