Going forward from today, if you book and appointment, let me turn up at your doorstep and aren't in or don't answer you will have to pay for the appointment before I rebook you in

The amount of appointments lately that aren't in when I turn up is mental! I'm using my petrol and putting miles on my car traveling to your house, not only that, stressing myself out fitting everyone in when in reality I should be home with my son but I hate letting people down and then no one is in 🤯

I'm usually more than understanding and let it go but this isn't fair

I will reply to all messages throughout today and tonight there's currently 118 to get through

If you keep pinging and pinging me you go to the top of the list and I'm working from the bottom up

Also I'm still not working the hours I usually do because of my son and his needs at the minute

So in the kindest way, if you can't wait then go to a shop this time I honestly won't be offended, if you can wait for me to reply and get you booked in please be assured il get you in as soon as I can but there is a lot of catching up for me to do and I'm trying my best you all know I absolutely hate letting anyone down

Hi everyone, unfortunately I'm back in hospital with my son, he's developed a complication from surgery and we are potentially facing another operation and a round of antibiotics

This weeks worth of work is cancelled - I did have some people ask last week if I could nip out and do their hairs but we are in Newcastle so I couldn't even if I wanted to

I have made a list of everyone's names who were meant to be getting a haircut this week and I will contact you as soon as we are home

My phones already going mental so if you don't hear from me please be patient, I also completely understand some people can't wait and if you need to go somewhere else this time I get it
