Michelle will now be sending out appointment reminders three days before your visit, because let’s be honest life gets busy and we’ve all forgotten something important… like where we left the car keys or double booked appointments.
This also keeps things in line with our 48 hour cancellation policy. If you don’t reply or cancel before that time, cancellation charges will pop up (a bit like unwanted Christmas calories).

As we head into the festive season the big fellas busy, we’re busy, everyone’s busy….. appointment times are tightly packed. So if you forget your slot, we won’t be able to magically squeeze you in… unless you’re happy to sit and wait while we work through other clients first (we’ll have Prosecco, coffees, Christmas cake and chocolates if you’d like to indulge)

Just a heads up… After 4 weeks of non stop battling with BT over the transfer of our business line to them. Today was not the news we were hoping for, due to the service being switched from Analogue to Digital our previous number is non transferable which means we have now had to accept a new number.
