⚠️Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice if you need to change an appointment⚠️

When someone cancells with short notice *like 1 hour before their treatment starts or even 5 mins before! It it impacts massively on our salon ..we have no time to fill that space in such a short time frame. ... and we still have to pay wages, rent, bills etc...

Usually we are turning clients away or they have to wait to get booked in (which we're grateful for 😘) so this is annoying when someone cancells short notice or turns up late and we can't do their treatment or just fails to turn up completely....when we could have filled that appointment x10 over.

We understand that sometimes things out of our control happen in life and people need to rearrange but lately we have seen an influx of people changing appointments, turning up late or failing to attend with no regard of the wasted time in our salon.

Don't be offended if you are asked for a deposit on larger bookings or asked to pay a cancellation fee to re book an appointment that has been cancelled under 24 hours prior.
