I am prepared to do late night appointments where I can throughout December (before Christmas)

It was my first day back working after returning from holiday on Wednesday and I have had 4 no shows! I literally have a list longer than my arm for appointments.

❗❌ IMPORTANT ❌❗
Unfortunately I have sustained an injury which is causing me severe pain and restricted mobility. I have also been given strong medication and been told to rest for the time being. Sadly this is going to affect some appointments whilst I recover and I am trying my best to arrange help but as you are all aware, I do run my business alone and there really isn't a lot I can do for the time being.
I am going to try and arrange for someone to help out with getting through messages as I still have a lot to get through and I am struggling at the moment especially with this injury.
I know it's not an ideal situation as I am already fully booked with appointments but please also bare in mind it's not ideal for myself either. When things like this happen - as a self employed person, if I don't have clients in then I dont get paid. This is my livelyhood and as much as I know it's frustrating not having your hair and makeup done - I am also not making any money. I do not get sick pay for being off for whatever reason I simply get nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

So because I have been inundated with messages I have had to resort to a long and boring post 😴 sorry!
Please 🙏🏻 understand that I work alone in my little salon with no help so sometimes it can be overwhelming when I keep getting messages despite me updating everyone on here on what's happening.

Below I will put all Key information that I think will cover everything for everyone...
Key things to remember:

✳️ I am not taking on any new clients.

✳️ Regular clients that have their hairs done consistently every 4-6 weeks automatically get priority to appointments as they re-book their future appointments at their appointments.

✳️ October is still full and has been full since the diary opened.

✳️ Novembers online booking Diary will open this upcoming week (Most likely Friday 20th)
November is already proven to be busy so once they are gone they are gone unfortunately.

✳️December is fully booked 🎄 and will require a 50% deposit of your service in the last week of November to secure your appointment.
More info on this will come via email during November.

✳️Can I ask that if you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, upset stomach, bug ect.) to please let me know so we can rearrange your appointment. I really cannot afford to be off poorly and if I ever am then it effects my clients as well my income so please be mindful of your not feeling well 🙏🏻

I understand it can be frustrating when your looking to have your hair or makeup done and you aren't able to get in but the majority of you beauties have been great at pre-booking at your appointments but it's this time of year where the online booking system really helps now as it is a real struggle working 2 jobs, business, home, a family ect. I work a lot and really don't want to burn myself out either. Be assured that I am trying my up most to accommodate everyone as best I can but the things I have put in place are the fairest ways I could think to do.

🎄December is now fully booked🎄
I have tried my hardest to get all of my regulars that have messaged me for Christmas appointments booked in. I put a post up a few month back and last week to remind everyone as I do fill up extremely fast and I know some people are going to be disappointed but I have tried to remind everyone as best I could about December appointments! So fingers crossed my regular 4-6 weekers have all of theirs in ready for the busiest time of the year 🥴

November is going to be really busy too as regulars again have had priority and booked in during their appointments in the salon but all remaining appointments will be available to book online at some point next week. I will put another post up on which date it will go live to keep all informed so keep your eyes peeled 👀

🌲🎁 CHRISTMAS NOTICE 🎁🌲
December is fast approaching and although I have changed the way I open the diary recently, the fairest way to arrange my December appointments is to pre-book my regular clients in first and then open the diary online mid-November for any remaining appointments.
There are VERY LIMITED appointments left as my regulars have been pre-booking for a few weeks now at their appointments so I can't stress this enough if you are a regular of mine and wanting to book your Christmas appointment because once they're gone, they are gone.

I will be working almost every day throughout December and my last shift before Christmas will be the 20th.

Due to no shows and people showing up extremely late for appointments last Christmas, everyone with Christmas appointments booked in will be required to pay a 50% deposit before the Christmas season starts at the end of November to secure your appointment. An email with details regarding this will be sent out mid-November.
