The trip that changed everything!

In 2019 I earned my place on a plane to meet my idols....the amazing ladies who produce The Body Shops Shea butter! They're my idols because they inspire me, empower me and are just like me. Women working to better their future, get a better life for themselves and their families and who care about what they do!

Experiencing this, even only for a tiny amount of time, out everything into perspective and made me realise.....you ARE in control! In control of your life, your path, your happiness, your attitude, your future! It might not always feels like it BUT how we look at life is always within our control. Be thankful, but appreciative, be mindful, be true to you!

YOU can achieve anything. I achieved this, when so many told me not to get my hopes up. I was selected as one of four out of 17,000! Whatever you want you CAN achieve it. Just believe, feel and smile!!

YOU ARE AMAZING!!!
