3 no shows and 2 big cancellations in one week. This is a huge effect on a small business. I’ve turned people away this week to then lose out… Please take note of my new policy. Sorry to have had to put this in place

A reminder of my policy. The affect a no show has on a small business is bigger than you know. I have clients I have had to turn away to then have someone not turn up is unfair. So please understand my reason for this policy .. I’ve had three no shows in 2 weeks! With no warning I cannot fill the appointment slot
