Today I’m please to announce the release of my ‘down to you’ programme!

The ‘Down to You’ programme is a bespoke exercise rehabilitation plan that is tailored to your individual needs.

After undergoing a telephone or video call assessment, your therapist will put together a personalised exercise rehabilitation programme to get you back functioning as quickly and effectively as possible.

The programme will include photo guidance along with descriptions of each exercises, and will even include video demonstration for additional support. Of course you can always get in touch at any point if you need any further assistance.

The programme will involve a series of stretching exercises, myofascial release techniques, (foam rolling, massage balls etc.) and an element of strengthening, all depending on the stage of your injury.

If you're a new patient then a face to face consultation is highly recommended where possible.

Basic
£30 for basic package - includes initial consultation, rehab plan, follow up consultation.

Down to you (DTU) Membership

Standard
£40 month direct debit - includes initial consultation, rehab plan with unlimited revisions, on going follow ups.

Premium
£60 upfront followed by a direct debit of £40 a month thereafter - includes initial consultation, rehab plan with unlimited revisions, ongoing follow ups. Also included in each order: 1 x Foam roller, 1 massage ball, 3 x different level resistance bands.

As a DTU Member, you’re entitled to a 10% discount off face to face treatments and other products.
