After a day of pampering in the heat , I thought I would show my face 🩷

I have been so inspired by a beautiful client last night 🩷 I thought actually I should share a little bit more about me 🩷

I am a therapist and a lot of us therapists always put on a big smile and try and give our clients the best experience ever. We are human and this is something I wanted to share. I too suffer with anxiety , self confidence and low self esteem 🩷 it’s one of the reasons I never take photos of myself or like to post photos or video’s of myself 🩷

When you come to me for a treatment and open up , I want you to know you are in a safe space 🫶🏻🩷 you can be you , just you 🩷 If you don’t want to talk about anything and just want a silent treatment , that is ok too 🩷

The world is a tough place at the moment so let’s share a bit of kindness , you never know what someone is going through 🩷
