I actually can't believe im away to put this post on, but I have limited availability left for the remainder of the year.
I will post what I have left and I advise all clients make sure they have all appointments sorted from now until December.

✨️November: Fully Booked
26th - Any Service

✨️December: Fully Booked
3rd - 12pm onwards for any sevice
10th - 3pm suitable for colour

Subject to demand I may open my book for Tuesday the 23rd of December but that day will be a first come, first served basis.

Small reminder of my 24hr cancellation policy and appointments will be cash or bank transfer.

Hi everyone,

I've thought long and hard about this, and I've taken the desicion to stop taking card payments completely.

whilst it may only be a small charge amount on each transaction, it soon adds up & it's quite a large amount over a period of time which i unfortunately loose out on.

However, the companies who charge these fees to use the card machine are making a clean fortune as result, and as a small business I have to protect myself.

I will accept cash or bank transfer, cash can be withdrawn from the bank machine at the petrol station and you can also withdraw cash inside from the Post Office, bank transfer must be done before you leave your appointment, as these can be easily forgotten and I start feeling like a debt collector 🙈

I'm sorry for the inconvinence this may cause as I know lots very rarely carry cash these days. But as a small business I have to protect myself.

Now that I have been in touch with all my regular clients, I wanted to pop on and let everyone know that due to a change in job circumstances, I will only be working a Wednesday at Tangled. I am super grateful to all my clients for working with me and being so supportive as we transition into a one day week

So, at this time, I will not be able to take on new clients with it being busy. I may, however, be able to offer one-off appointments for a Trim or Cut & Blow Dry, but these will be one-off appointments.

As of January 2025, I will be increasing my prices. This is something I don't really like to do, but with the ever increasing costs of product and cost of living, it's something I have too, unfortunately.

I am ever so grateful for everyone’s continued support.

This is a post I didn't want to post, but here we are!!!

In the last month or so, I have had continual no-shows with hair appointments. You, as a client, are booking a valuable appointment that I have had to turn away potential new clients for. My book says I'm full and then not to turn up for your appointment is costing me time and money. This is so frustrating and I fully understand illness, and unexpected events can happen, but even if you drop me a message explaining, I would fully understand but not to turn up, it's not fair on myself, my small business and potential new and existing clients that are looking for appointments.

That is me officially on holiday for two weeks.
