I went a bit too laldy at laser tag on Saturday. Currently my Quads are deed. RIP.
Stairs are a no go and it takes me a good few minutes to get up off a seat and to sit down.

All clients today have been rescheduled (bunch of wee gems I have as clients. So grateful)

That will teach me. No you're not managing to run around as well as you think Stephie.
I'm not exaggerating when I say it was less sore to do stairs after a section 🥺
