During micro needling skin therapy I am essentially creating tiny micro traumas to the skin in a safe and controlled way which alerts the fibroblasts in to action to heal the skin. This is when the fibroblasts create collagen and elastin which in turn gives you smoother, more firm, plumped out skin with better texture and also evens out the discolouration of hyperpigmented skin by breaking down the pigment for the body to absorb.
