For the first time in 28 years, I've had all my afternoon appts cancel due to them all testing positive for covid... if you need an appt and can come in today then message me or telephone... because after this, I'm fully booked till November... it looks like the numbers are rising again 🤷‍♀️

In light of the celebrating of the easing of restrictions from the 19th July, many people are maybe anxious about the implications of coming to somewhere like The Muscle Clinic for treatments bearing in mind we are skin to skin contact especially with the high rates of infection that Northumberland currently have.

The advice from both the government and my professional body is that care should be taken with close contact services. As a result of this advice, the following Covid precautions will still be in place :

The spacing of treatments to allow for deep cleaning and disinfecting the treatment area in between clients will still go ahead.
I will still be wearing a mask and changing my work clothes between treatments.
I know that now you don't have to wear a mask but to protect me, I would prefer if you would wear a mask too.
If I catch covid then no-ones backs or injuries get treated and I will have to sustain loss of income again.
The treatment couch will still be deep cleaned and a fresh couch cover and paper roll will be added after each person. At the end of your treatment, the towels, cover and my tunic will be put through a hot wash.
Then everything including door handles are sanitised before the next patient comes in.

Please help to keep me safe and others but rest assured that up till this time, we have been told by my federation that no outbreaks of Covid have ever occurred from private clinics like myself.
Help me to keep you safe so your muscle problems can be addressed.
Thank you 😊

Why Do My Muscles Hurt webinar
This webinar covers why muscles create pain by exploring the physical and the emotional reasons. We all ache but have you ever wondered why we do.

Sometimes there is no reason why our muscles are aching - we haven’t been running or doing something we haven’t done before so why do we ache?
This webinar takes you through the process of muscle pain and the essential oils that you can use to counteract it so we are better able to respond to our clients needs.
We explore how lactic and malic acid are laid down within muscle fibres and how we can clear the fibres quickly of it.
Everything we think, feel, touch, taste and experience is felt within our muscles and our muscles are constantly tightening or relaxing depending on the positivity or negativity of the experience that we are facing.
This webinar gives you a few ideas on how we turn a negative experience into a positive one so that our muscles relax and don’t create pain.
We will focus on a few muscles and find out what psychological stress each muscle relates to, what you can do to counteract that stress so the muscle can relax and stop hurting and which essential oil relates to that particular psychological issue.
Based on my book of the same name, this half day webinar gives you the tools and confidence to start working on your own muscle pain.

So at long last my new Website and the book I've been meaning to write for so many years are now finished. The first lockdown was very productive for me.
The paperback version will be available on Amazon soon but you can download the ebook from my website
www.easeme.co.uk
This self-help book delves into the psychological issues behind muscle pain.
It details every single muscle of the body and it's psychological reason behind why that muscle is hurting.
Its accompanied by pictures so you can see which part of the body is aching and what muscle that relates to and tells you how to correct and work on the issue behind the pain.
A great culmination of 27 years of research.
A must for therapists and those that want more answers to why their muscles ache.
A great last minute Christmas present.
