Just to let you all know we are at long last moving into our new salon in the new Harbour Commissioners building tomorrow.
Telephone number remains the same (01665711786) but we're going to be trading as BAYSIDE HAIR STUDIO.
Thank you all for being so patient and understanding over the past 3 months, and thank you again to Karen and her lovely girls for letting us use their salon Strands.

Year 2 of living and working through this pandemic was something we never expected, it's been a very difficult and emotionally challenging time for most of us and I dont think any of us would have coped without the love and support of eachother, our family and our friends 💖

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ......................................................

To all of our lovely clients.
Most of you will now know that we are relocating the business into the new Harbour Commissioners building however, because of the delays in supply and delivery of building materials throughout the pandemic, and now the current energy crisis, the completion date has been significantly delayed. This has unfortunately led to us having to vacate our current premises leaving us no other option than to temporarily close the business 🙁
We can only apologise and hope you understand that the situation is out of our control and, unless there's a fairy godmother out there who can find us a solution, we will be closing on Saturday 30th October until further notice 🙁
With Christmas only a few weeks away most of you have already made your appointments so either myself or one of the girls will be in touch soon.
Thank you all once again for your continued support over the past 18 months. I'ts been a very trying time for a lot of us, but we managed to get over 3 lock downs, were closed for 8 months during that time but thanks to you all we got through it.
In the meantime stay safe everyone and hopefully we'll see you all again soon 🤞

Good morning all. 😊
As restrictions are being lifted today I'd just like to remind you all that myself and the girls will continue to work following Covid health and safety practices within the salon.
We will continue to wear our facemasks, all tools and workstations will be sanitised after each client and hand sanitisers will remain in place throughout the salon.
We're all hoping for things to get back to some sort of normal but unfortunately Covid cases continue to rise. We do have a civil duty to protect ourselves and eachother during times like this therefore we would appreciate the wearing of face masks while entering and walking through the salon. These may be removed once you are seated. Seating arrangements will remain the same for the time being following social distancing guidance.
If any of our lovely clients need any further reassurance or information regarding their safety during appointments please feel free to ring the salon.

Wishing all local businesses the very best of luck for reopening tomorrow. We've all had it very tough lately and unfortunately some of us won't be reopening their doors. To those concerned we wish you well in whatever you may do and prosperity in the ventures you decide to undertake.
House of Usher will be operating as before, adhering to Covid related government guidelines to ensure the safety of ourselves and our clients. The salon has been fully sanitised in preparation for reopening. Full disposable PPE is still a requirement and we continue to run by appointment only.

Here we go again!! That's us back in lockdown!
Once again thank you to our loyal customers for your continued support 💖 we will update you once tiers have been reviewed and WILL be in touch to reschedule appointments as soon as we have the go ahead to reopen the salon. Stay safe everyone and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all # # #

After receiving confirmation from the government we can officially open our doors on WEDNESDAY 2nd DECEMBER 🎉
The salon will continue to follow strict Health and Safety guidelines in relation to sanitation, PPE and distancing to ensure we maintain a Covid-safe environment. 💖
APPOINTMENTS ALREADY BOOKED IN WILL RUN AS NORMAL FROM 2nd however as we are so close to Christmas and the book is already very busy the salon will be offering Sunday and Monday hours to accommodate those clients who missed appointments during lockdown 😊
Keep your phones at hand ladies and gents as I will be contacting clients to reschedule missed appointments 👍

On behalf of myself and the girls I'd like to say a huge thank you to our lovely clients for your patience and continued support during these difficult times, you've been fantastic 💖
We've just had the craziest 3 days in the salon with 3 x 12 hour shifts done! Apologies to those who of you who may have felt as though they were on the set of a Benny Hill Show 🤪 but fngers crossed the salon will be up and running again on Thursday 3rd December 🤞The girls and myself will be working Sundays and Mondays so for those of you who have appointments at the end of November and early December I will be in touch soon to rearrange your appointments 😊
In the meantime, we've done it once and we'll do it again so STAY SAFE EVERYONE and we'll see you on the other side X💖X💖X💖
