A bright room with natural light and access to a shared waiting area. Previously run as a successful salon with two chairs, desk, basin and storage. The room is currently empty, giving you the freedom to kit it out to your own style - or we can discuss helping you get set up with equipment if needed.

✨ 2 Spacious Beauty Rooms
Both rooms benefit from natural light, sinks, private working space and use of a shared waiting area. Ideal for a range of beauty/ health treatments.

💅🏼 Studio Room
Perfect for a makeup artist, hair-up specialist or nail technician. A private room with natural light, sink and shared waiting area.

If you’re a self-employed beauty or hair professional looking to join a welcoming, professional environment and feel you’d be a great fit for the building, we’d love to hear from you.

All areas have access to a shared kitchen, toilet & waiting area.

Thank you to all my amazing clients for bringing so generous and bring in presents for this years gift appeal, it is so appreciated. They all went off to the Salvation Army a couple of weeks ago so hopefully there are some happy children this Christmas 🥰🎁🎄
