A Sunday roast; fully food optimised! 🤤
It still looks like a Sunday roast but when you substitute the oil for low cal spray, cook without fat and remove skin from the chicken, mash without butter or cream then add in treats like this delightful little beef dripping yorkshire pud from aldi for 6 syns and 45g of stuffing for 2.5 syns you can eat what you love without guilt and still lose weight!!
