The Skin Shack is turning 2... and I wanted to celebrate by giving something back to the people who have made it all possible. 🤍

So, I’m hiring out the entire Cold Club in Tarporley for a private women-only Skin Shack Social... completely FREE, on me.

It’s simply my way of saying thank you for all of your support over the last two years.

We’ll start the morning with a gentle walk before experiencing hot and cold therapy together. We’ll be encouraging each other, stepping outside our comfort zones, resetting our minds and bodies, and hopefully leaving feeling a little lighter than when we arrived.

No treatments. No pressure. Just a lovely morning bringing incredible women together.

A little honest post today 🤍

The truth is, I’ve felt a little flat lately🫠

So today, instead of ignoring it, I’m choosing to support myself through it.

A workout in the garden with my daughter.
Sauna & cold water this evening.
Fresh air.
Movement.
Endorphins.
Skincare.

Not because I think these things magically fix everything, but because they remind me that I’m worthy of being looked after too.

As a mum to two little girls, it’s so important to me that they grow up seeing self-care as something normal. I want them to know that moving their bodies is a privilege, that doing hard things builds confidence, and that a little pamper isn’t selfish.

I want them to understand that the relationship they have with themselves sets the tone for everything else in life.

Because when you treat yourself with kindness, respect and care, you naturally start making choices that reflect that belief.

And sometimes, that’s when new doors begin to open. ✨

So if you’ve been feeling a little low too, this is your reminder:

Book the appointment.
Go for the walk.
Try the class.
Move your body.
Sit in the sauna.

Not because you’ve earned it.

Because you’re already worthy of it and I now feel a little lighter for doing so🤍
