Subtle changes to the shape of this patients lips.
A fuller top lip with more definition and symmetry. Just a small amount of filler added to the lower lip and border to even everything out.

Topical anaesthetic is always applied before filler is injected unless the patient requests without. Most filler will also contain a small amount of lidocaine to help make the injection that bit more comfortable too.
