Here are a my TOP TIPS to help Keep you COOL 😎

🧊 if you have AAAHH! Instant cooling balm dig it out and have l to hand. Massage into your chest, behind your knees, in between your elbows, on the back of your neck, and if heat headaches affect you massage a little bit into your temples.

🧊 Keep your TONING ESSENCE in the fridge and when you’re feeling hot and bothered give yourself a lovely spritz to call yourself down it will also hydrate your skin externally.

🧊 along with heat usually comes the pollen so if your eyes are itchy and gritty for your EASY ON THE EYE and soak a couple of cotton pads, lay them over your eyes for a couple of minutes and let this magic in a bottle do its job. Also spritzing your skin every now and again with TONING ESSENCE will help to dampen down the pollen dust that causes the symptoms.

🧊 SPF is always important but never more so than when we’re in a heat wave.
