A Salon are going above and beyond the minimum Covid recommendations to ensure we can provide a safe service for clients, aprons, masks, visors, temperature checks, cleansing and sanitation are now the norm. However we have not passed the cost of this to our customers. We have availability next week on Tuesday & Thursday. If you have not yet ventured out to a salon.... why not give us a try?

Welcome back to A Salon
In relation to the Covid 19 Global Pandemic we have had to make some changes to our working practices, we are keen to assure you that we will provide a safe environment for your appointment without compromising the results. Please take a few moments to review our Covid 19 appointment practices. We hope you will help us to keep us all safe during this challenge.

1. Our work area will be fully sanitized prior to opening daily and further sanitizing will be carried out after every use of the salon work areas, and throughout the day.

2. Everyone who enters the salon (myself Included) will have their temperature recorded using an inferred thermometer, should this be abnormal unfortunately we will not be able to continue the appointment.

3. On arrival you will be asked to first sanitize your hands, put on the face mask and disposable gloves we have provided.

4. The client numbers have been reduced in order that 1meter distancing can be maintained, please sit in the waiting area until you are asked to move to your appointment as usual.

5. Once your appointment is completed you can pay in cash, bank transfer or cheque as long as gloves are worn for handling any cash or cheques.

6. On departure you may dispose of your gloves and facemask in the bin at reception.

We hope the required changes to our practices do not reduce the overall experience. However I am sure you will appreciate that the measures we have adopted are in line with UK Government directives for close contact services. There has been a comprehensive risk assessment carried out prior to opening the doors on the 4th of July, a copy will be available at reception should you want to review this.
