A lash lift can last anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks, but the one thing that affects that most? Heat in the first 24 to 48 hours after your appointment.

Hot water, steam, sweat, and sunbeds can soften the lift before the bonds have fully set. So keeping them out of excess heat for those first couple of days really does make the difference between results that drop early and results that genuinely last.

After that, you're good to go. Holidays, steam rooms, heavy gym sessions, hot showers, no problem at all.
