Are you looking for a peaceful and inspiring location to host your next small retreat, workshop or wellbeing course?

Our beautiful lodge at Haggerston Castle is available to hire and can accommodate up to six guests. Nestled in a tranquil area of the holiday park, it provides the perfect base for small retreats and wellbeing weekends.

We have already successfully hosted two Reiki practitioners who used the lodge as a base for their courses and we would love to welcome other therapists, healers, coaches and wellbeing professionals.

The lodge is ideally located with easy access to the stunning Northumberland coastline, Holy Island, Duddo Stones and St Cuthbert's Cave offering plenty of opportunities for relaxation, reflection, and exploration.

***All fees are non-refundable but if in the instance you are unable to attend the workshop, it can be carried over to another date. For a workshop to go ahead there must be a minimum of 2 people in attendance*** If the workshop is cancelled by the teacher a refund will be arranged.

Reiki and the Menopause:

Reiki is a natural and totally safe method of hands on healing. It brings balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Reiki also helps to speed up the body's own natural healing and is a gentle but powerful complimentary therapy.

Reiki can be effective in alleviating menopause symptoms as it can help to balance the body, including the body's hormonal system.

🤍As women, we tend to be everything to everyone and feel guilty if we take time out for ourselves. Around the menopause is when we have to learn to let go of that a little and actually start being kind to us!🤍

It’s easy to’ lose’ who we are as our bodies change and we are coping with hot flushes, mood swings, exhaustion, anxiety, pain, lack of libido, fuzzy thinking, emotions that are all over the place and all the other things that can happen during menopause.

Reiki can help alleviate these symptoms as it calms, comforts and soothes helping you find your way back to ‘you’ again.

Well folks after all my hard work I can now say I have passed my
CNHC registration as a Reiki practitioner. This is a recognised mark of professionalism and high standards within complementary healthcare in the UK. Being registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) shows that a practitioner has met nationally recognised standards in training, ethics, insurance and ongoing professional development. Although voluntary, CNHC registration helps build trust and confidence for clients seeking safe, professional Reiki treatments. I am over the moon!

Clearing the energy in your home.......

Here are some of my on ways to shift stagnant energy from your home. We want to raise the vibes so come on and ‘let the good vibes roll!’

So what can you use?

SAGE: Sage can be wafted around the home into every room and corner. Sage instantly gets rid of negative energy and fills your space with positivity ( this instantly improves mood and health!)

PALO SANTO: Sweet smelling and earthy it brings in loving energy that will fill your home with positivity and peace.

COPAL: a natural tree resin that has a clean, woody scent. Burn copal to clear away negative energy and shift your mindset to be more positive and peaceful.

INCENSE: use the smoke of an incense stick to clear low vibes and lift the energy in your space. Walk around your home in a clockwise direction and allow the smoke to cleanse each room.

SOUND: Sound is amazing to shift energy use singing bowls, bells, chimes, music , banging, singing or chanting...sound shifts and raises the vibrations quickly!

SELENITE: this is Master Cleanser, it removes negative energy and blockages from your home and your aura and promotes a sense of peace.

SMOKY QUARTZ: grounding, protective and bringing balance. Put it in the centre of your home )or anywhere that feels out of balance)

SPACE CLEARING: sometimes you just need to do an energetic clearing and hit the reset button on your home's energy (especially after major life changes or events) De-clutter your home and feel liberated!

FRESH AIR: simply open the doors and as many windows as possible to invite fresh, nourishing AIR into your home.
