This appointment will be free of charge and with a fully qualified therapist alongside a Senior Therapist who will be overseeing the treatment

In search of…Mystery Shoppers!

We constantly strive to offer the highest levels of not only treatment standard but also of customer service and we are looking to introduce Mystery shopping experience to ensure all of our salons are performing at our high levels 💫

These will be once monthly and in return for a complimentary treatment we would send a questionnaire in advance that covers different aspects of your experience in the salon and customer service you received. We ask you complete this honestly regarding your experience.
