It is with regret that Valencia has made the decision to implement a card verification process for booking your appointments, whether online or by phone. Unfortunately, we have experienced a significant number of no-shows, which has impacted our ability to sustain our business.

Here's how it will work: After you schedule your appointment, Fresha will send you an email prompting you to confirm your booking by entering your card details. Rest assured, no money will be taken from your account unless you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled time. We prompt you to input your details as there's a given time period then the system automatically cancels your appointment.

This policy is not aimed at our loyal clients but is designed specifically for those who frequently miss appointments. We truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate this challenging decision, and we thank you for your continued support of Valencia.
