Hand Rejuvenation, using Restylane Vital.
This patient felt her hands looked aged and wanted to improve their appearance.

The treatment protocol requires a loading dose.
One initial treatment, and then 2 more ( 4 week interval). From there, a 6 month maintenance treatment is required to maintain the effects of this skin booster.

This is an ideal treatment for concerns associated with the face, neck, décolletage (the area between the neck and breasts).

Today, this patient who is in her mid fifties wanted to enhance her lips in a natural and subtle way.
She wanted to correct asymmetry which she noted to the Right side of both her upper and lower lip and subtle volume.

This patient aged 31 attended consultation feeling that she looked tired in comparison to what she had previously observed. She had recently given birth to her third child.

She did not attribute her perception of looking less fresh to this, however it was discussed in clinic as a possible contributing factor, as fatigue in the postnatal period can sometimes influence how individuals perceive their appearance.

On assessment, she actually presented with very good baseline facial harmony and skin quality, and there was no indication for any volumising treatment. In keeping with an ethical and conservative approach, treatment was therefore directed solely at skin quality improvement rather than structural change.
