Yesterday, there was no post.
No photos.
And actually… that was a really good thing.

Anyone who knows me knows I’m not great at conforming 🤪 — and lately I’ve been trying a bit too hard to do that and fit in.
Following the puppet strings of trends, timing, strategy, post this, do that.
And honestly? It hasn’t made me happy.🙃

The Friday and Saturday clinic sessions I’ve just had reminded me what really matters.

Giving my clients the time they deserve.
Focusing properly on their faces, their concerns, their results.
Real conversations.
Careful planning.
Trust.
And a bloody good laugh along the way.

I came home and buzzed about my days The hubby asked “Amazing!! So did you get lots of photos?” My answer “No, not one.”
Because in those moments, my attention was exactly where it should be — with the person in front of me.

That’s what Bella Aesthetics is built on.
Not rushing.
Not performing.
Not chasing what’s fashionable.

So I’m cutting the puppet strings.
Less following what I “should” be doing, and more doing what feels right — for me and for my clients.

If that means fewer posts and better results, I’m very comfortable with that.

Because at the end of the day, I’d rather be known for how my clients feel when they leave my clinic & they look in the mirror — not how often I show up online or how pretty my grid is ffs 🤦‍♀️
