** Salon 21 is moving **
We are excited to let you all know officially that we are relocating to a new shop. Opening this Tuesday 18th July. Our telephone number is staying the same but may be offline for a few days so please bear with us or message us on here!
Our new address is 9 Broadwood Road, Denton Burn, NE15 7SX
We are located opposite Budgens in the old Michaels Hairdressers for those that know it.
Any problems please let us know and we look forward to seeing you all in our new shop! X

PRICE INCREASE NOTICE

Please note that there will be an increase in our price of services with effect from 1st April 2022 to reflect increased costs due to inflation and overheads.

UPDATE…
Recent announcements now mean that we are expected to wear masks in all shops. As from Tuesday 30th Nov we will be back to wearing masks.
We kindly ask you to wear your mask during your appointment unless you are exempt.

Over the last 10 days we have had 9 clients who have not shown up for their appointments. We understand that things come up as an emergency, but a simple phone call could mean we can get a client in at the last minute off our waiting list. Going forward, any client who does not attend for two appointments will not be able to book back in without a deposit being taken. Thank you for your cooperation in this.

In light of todays announcement, We will not be taking any bookings untill the beginning of April once we receive a definite date for reopening.
We will work through all clients previously booked in and then work through the list we have, If you would like to be added to the list please send us a quick message and you will automatically be added.

We are so sorry that due to the tier 4 restrictions will we be closed from midnight tonight. Please be patient with us and will be in touch with people in the new year to rearrange any appointments. Xx

POLITE NOTICE 🙏
Myself and Lauren are working tirelessly throughout December to ensure we can accommodate as many clients as possible. Especially for those that had appointments in November but unfortunately had to be cancelled due to lockdown 2. We are both working extra and longer days. So please please have the courtesy to turn up for your appointment! 🙏
We have so many clients awaiting appointments on our stand by list and we can only accommodate these lovely ladies and gents if we are given 48 hours notice of a cancellation. It’s extremely frustrating when we get a call the night before or on the day of an appointment to say you can’t make it. It unfortunately doesn’t give us enough notice to be able to fill the appointment.
We have all had to cope with an awful year, courtesy of COVID! Having to close my business for 5 months of that year has been terrifying 😳
Not knowing if we would ever reopen, would I be forced to close and make Lauren redundant.
I will always be determined to do the best for lauren and my wonderful clients. I just politely ask that you support us by simply turning up for your appointment 🙏

Hi

We are very pleased with today’s announcement however, as a business we still have to work out the practicalities of having clients in the salon to keep you all safe and this will obviously result in us being able to book less people in and use of PPE for us and our clients.

Tomorrow we will start sorting out our diaries and discuss our new normal way of working so please bare with us over the next few days as we are doing our best to accommodate you all.

As more guidance is published we will update you with the finer details/requirements.

To all of our clients,

we are extremely sad to confirm that Salon 21 will be closing for the foreseeable future as advised tonight by the government.

We will of course keep you all updated and we will contact those with appointments over the coming weeks.

In the meantime, stay safe, help protect the vulnerable in our community and support our amazing NHS!!

If anything changes we will contact you all directly if this affects your appointment.

We appreciate some clients may be self isolating and if this is the case can you please inform us at the earliest opportunity if you wish to rearrange your appointment.

Just to let all of our customers know we have unfortunately had to increase our prices as of 1st April.

This is due to the cost of supplies escalating. We have kept our prices static on the whole for the last 5 years or so and hope everyone is understanding of this.

We have new price lists available in the salon but any questions feel free to message and we will do our best to help
