This morning’s treatment was all about helping a very busy lady pause, breathe, & reconnect before taking on the rest of her day.

Using a blend of Basil, Lavender, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, & Jasmine essential oils, the massage was designed to ease tension, calm the mind, & restore balance.

To finish, I worked through pressure points along the meridian lines, followed by a few slow, deep breaths together to help centre her, ground her energy, & leave her feeling calm, refreshed, & ready for whatever the day brings.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is permission to slow down and simply breathe …
