Providing the best tailored Sports Massage experience and Personal Training service to help women and men in their quest to achieve a healthy and happy life. A business born from a passion. Keeping fit and healthy is a big part of my life. I turned what I love into my business and now help others to keep fit and healthy.

Offering Sports Massage treatments for maintenance, injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, pre/post event and non-sporting everyday aches, pains and stresses! All Sports Massage treatments are individual and may also include; dry needling (medical acupuncture), sports taping, dry cupping, hot stones and stretching and exercise advice all included in the price of your treatment.

1-2-1 and online Personal Training available to suit all budgets and requirements. Tailored Nutritional Guidance available as gained extra certification in Nutritional Guidance for Sport and Exercise. I have specialised in a number of areas including; Pre/Post Natal exercise, Pilates, Kettlebell, Studio Cycling and Running Leadership for Fitness.

I am passionate about helping people and pride myself in providing the best personal service I can. I am certainly not a “One Size Fits All”. I am fully qualified as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
