We will close our salon on Sunday 22nd January, 2022 conjunction of Lunar New Year celebration.

We will resume our business as usual on Monday 23rd January, 2022.

This deeply saddens me to have to write this post as I don’t usually write posts on social media especially to address my dear customers💛

As you may have already seen the recent posts accusing my staff members of “dragging a girl out by her hair and assaulting her by punching her in the back of the head”
I can assure you all that this is NOT the case. A girl tried to leave my shop without paying a single penny and we as hard workers tried to prevent this from happening by asking the girl to step back inside the salon to pay.

If someone had gone to a supermarket without paying you would also be stopped by security and delt with appropriately..with no aggression or abuse taking place.

One of the statues mentioned that the girl had paid £37 but didn’t have the extra £5/6 pound to pay..if this was the case we would have let the girl leave in good will as we would understand that she may not have had the right change. But she in-fact did not pay us at all.

We work really hard with hardly any time off and do not appreciate anyone using our service without paying.

As a professional business owner I would like to ask my customers this..When the police attended the Salon they asked Customers for witness statements and for the CCTV footage. All of which was assessed and delt with immediately. Not one of my staff members was arrested, neither did any customers leave the salon that had already been seated. If anyone had witnessed this kind of thing you would think that they would all leave asap but they all stayed and we carried on as normal.

I would like to add that there are no further investigations taking place and no staff members will be prosecuted as they are not guilty of such a thing.

I would like to thank all of my fellow customers that have supported me and my business through this difficult time and all of my staff members always try to make you guys leave happy and satisfied with our services.
