Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with exceptional customer service skills. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and confident. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the barbershop.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and tools.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction.
Promote additional services offered by the barbershop to enhance client experience.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in various barbering techniques and hair styling methods.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not essential for highly skilled candidates.
