ALL Medical Aesthetics is a well established aesthetics business founded by Dr Amy Lovett and Dr James Davies. Amy is a highly skilled and extensively medically trained aesthetic doctor, with a background in Ear, Nose and Throat surgery and General Practice.

Her understanding of facial anatomy, structure and proportion underpins her subtle, natural-looking approach, which is very aligned with the way we care for clients at Elite. With Amy’s experience, skill and range of treatment options, we know you will feel reassured in your aesthetics journey.

Pigmentation is one of the biggest areas where people get stuck. Usually because they’re trying to treat what they can see without understanding what’s driving it.

Uneven tone, melasma, sun damage and post inflammatory pigmentation don’t all behave the same way, so they shouldn’t all be treated the same way.

Before we think about peels, IPL or active skincare, we need to understand the type of pigmentation, how reactive the skin is, what the barrier is like and whether factors like hormones, heat, inflammation, UV exposure or previous over treatment are keeping it active.

That’s why assessment comes first.

Marita has been part of the beauty industry for many years, having previously run her own business. After developing her career in teaching, she is now returning to the industry with a real passion for skin, holistic wellbeing, and helping clients feel looked after from the inside out.

She brings a caring and thoughtful energy to the Studio, with a keen interest in understanding the story behind each person’s skin, not just what we can see on the surface.

After years of relatively settled skin, coming off the contraceptive pill completely changed how mine behaved.

Cystic breakouts along my jawline, increased sensitivity, and a level of unpredictability I hadn’t experienced before. And despite having every tool and every piece of knowledge at my disposal, I found it genuinely difficult to navigate.

That experience changed how I work with clients dealing with acne in ways that clinical training alone never could.

It confirmed what I already believed professionally, but now understood personally: that acne is rarely straightforward, that the emotional weight of it is significant and often underestimated, and that the right plan for someone’s skin has to account for far more than just what’s happening on the surface.
