I would like to understand why people do this.. this person is NOT a client or ever been into the salon. Or even booked an appointment here so why do this?

People who own independent small businesses work hard to build a reputation and its not easy then for someone to come along and leave a review like this in seconds.

Not only does this affect our Google ratings it effects the reputation of the business.
Whoever this person is please contact us if you have an issue with us and discuss I will not tolerate bad press just for the sake of it!!

Also if you could also elaborate on the "worst place in Newport" that wouod be appreciated!!!

CLIENT NOTICE UPDATED* 7TH MAY

Unfortunately the salon is closed today and tomorrow due to me coming down with sinusitis.
I never cancel clients and believe me this is not something that I do lightly but I'm not well at all.
I've messages everyone and trying my best to get everyone booked back in.
My sincere apologies to everyone for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE*

Unfortunately the salon will now be closed all this week as I now have a chest infection to. I feel very unwell. I'm taking 8 antibiotics a day, painkillers every 4 hours, nasal washes and nasal spray to try and get rid I'm hoping to be back next week in work and am looking to work extra hours to accommodate everyone for this week.

I'm so sorry to mess you all around but I really am not well and I don't want to pass it on to any of my of clients.
