Something a little different from us here at The Beauty Spot…
You know us for helping you look and feel your best — and this time, we’re taking that a little further than the treatment room.
I’m setting myself a very real challenge: to lose 14kg by June — in time for my 40th birthday.
No filters, no shortcuts, just honest, consistent work.
To help me get there, I’m beyond grateful to be working with Trained By Coco who is putting me through my paces to get me to end goal.
He has also agreed to offer the same plan that I am following — including training and nutrition — for just a £40 donation to charity (normally valued at £700).
It felt too good, and too meaningful, not to share with you all.
This isn’t just about a number on the scales. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and proving to ourselves that we’re capable of more than we think.
