I’ve teamed up with my lovely friend Michelle Wheatley, who is an incredible holistic wellbeing advocate, Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement Practitioner, and special needs parent educator. Together, we are creating The Solstice Reset: Align, Move, Breathe, Envision—a beautiful, intimate, 4-hour in-person workshop right here on the Island.

We designed this space for any woman who simply needs to stop sprinting, drop the daily pressure, and focus on her own wellbeing—whether you are managing a busy family, a heavy caring role, or just a hectic daily routine or simply want a few hours for just you. This daytime space is for you.

📍 Location: Rookley Village Hall (Highwood Lane, Ventnor)
🚗 Parking: Free parking is available right on-site.

We deliberately chose a midweek daytime slot so you can step away from your normal routine, fully exhale, and completely reset your system.

Here is what we have planned for our time together:

✨ Reset & Breathe: Mindful Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement and breathing practices led by Michelle to calm physical tension and regulate your brain.
✨ Clear the Noise: Deep Angelic Reiki and crystal healer energy from myself to fully restore your system.
✨ A Healthy Vision: An intuitive Holistic Wellness Board workshop to map out your health and lifestyle goals for the rest of the year.

☕ Refreshments: Teas and snacks will be provided to keep us fuelled, but please make sure to pack a light lunch for yourself!

These are 4 of the sunflower seeds that we planted in pots back in April's Circle. 🌱

Look how they have all grown different heights! Just like everyone throughout life. We all grow at different rates and that's absolutely okay! Everything happens in perfect timing and we just have to trust in our growth.

So far this first half of the year's little goals I had set myself to achieve hasn't happened in exactly the way I thought they would.

Instead of feeling frustrated I have been very kind to myself, praising myself for how much I have achieved.

Giving ourselves kindness, gratitude and patience are the ultimate self care gifts we can begin to make part of our daily routine.

I would like to express my gratitude to the lovely souls that have claimed their spots at Circle over the next half of the year. I am still hoping to fill the 2-4pm Circle so please spread the word!

Angelic Reiki ® Level 1&2 Workshops are a beautiful way to begin your healing journey.

The first stepping stone in building self healing knowledge and tools to use in daily life that you will be able to go onto share with others.

This workshop may totally change your life! It will give you the most perfect gift for you. It has proved to be the catalyst for many participants to find, and follow their life’s purpose. It will support your own personal healing and spiritual journey, open up gifts and spiritual talents, and reveal your dharma. It will enable you to support family and friends, or be a step on the way to share Angelic Reiki with others as a professional healer or teacher.

The workshops are also a wonderful way to meet new people and become friends with like minded folk. The learning and connection continues long after the workshop.

🌸🌼🌻 CIRCLE OF LIGHT 🪻🌼🏵️

There will be no Circle gathering this Friday due to travel arrangements off the Island.

However I have the rest of the year's dates for you to add to your diary..

November has two dates with the ever so popular Christmas Craft Workshop on the 27th.

There will be an opportunity for you to gather in June with me at The Solstice Reset on the 24th June.

Myself and are holding a day at Rookley Village Hall where you will be guided throughout the day with Michelle's expertise in Neuromovement to help you with easier mobility and creating a visual wellbeing guide whilst I shall soothe the mind and soul with Angelic Reiki and crystal therapy.

There are only a few spaces left. The cost is £55 per person or £90 for two people. 10am - 2pm.

My Circle times for the rest of the year will be 6.30pm - 8.30pm with an additional option for 2pm - 4pm.

There are 6 spaces for each Circle and a minimum of 4 spaces to run them to make it viable.

The Christmas Craft work shop can hold 12.

I do have a waiting list for Circle so regulars please confirm each date you are able to commit to.

So excited to share each month a new craft, folklore tales, a seasonal meditation along with divine Angelic Reiki and to see your lovely faces.

Blake's Race for Life - For Mummy x On the 20th May 2026, we said goodbye to the greatest mum a boy could ever wish for. Holly was kind, funny, and lived her life making her two boys, Addison and Blake, smile. Holly was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer on the 12th of January, and within weeks was told it had already spread...

I'm not one to over share personal life on my work page but I would like to share with my lovely clients and followers about a beautiful lady called Holly.

Holly is my best friends younger sister and throughout our life I have had the pleasure of getting to know Holly through shared events, holidays to the Island or trips when I go back up north. Beautiful, kind, intelligent and such an amazing soul.

On 20th May this year Holly tragically passed away peacefully after a very short time of having been diagnosed with breast cancer.

At only 40 she leaves behind two gorgeous sons one 10 and one 20 years old.

Her youngest son along with my god daughter are taking part in a Muddy Challenge this July to raise funds for Cancer Research. Within 24 hours of the fund raising page being set up they had raised nearly £2k, it now stands at just over £7k!!! That alone shows how loved Holly was by her world around her.

I'll post the link 🔗 below for anyone that feels that they would like to donate and spur on her family in this challenge. It will be very much appreciated. Let's try to reach as higher numbers as possible! Reading the comments and seeing how much people have donated has been heartwarming and helpful for her son at such a sad time.

I will be away next week as I go up north to support my friend and say "Goodbye for now" to Holly.

These are just some of the stunning flowers growing in my parents garden all cared for and cultivated by my Dad.

Every year his blooms outshine and grow the last years flowers. His care and passion for gardening is for all to see each year in what blossoms and grows in their beautiful garden.

Did you know that each and every flower and plant have their own frequency? Every living thing emits a measurable frequency, typically in megahertz (MHz). These energetic signatures reflect the vibrational state of that being. Higher frequencies generally correlate with vitality, clarity, and joy. Lower frequencies may feel heavy, dull, or draining.

The fame & significance of the rose is not only due to their divine fragrance or their beautiful appearance, or even for the well-being and beauty benefits, but because of the vibrational frequency that the rose emits, which is 320MHz, the highest of any plant making it the closest tangible thing to LOVE.

As I walk around their garden I can feel the LOVE from his work and the plants themselves.

I use rose oil in many of my facials and Angelic Reiki sessions because of the high frequency they omit and their connection to love.

I have found some natural and organic locally made products to use within my treatments that I am super happy to share with you to spread some love of Island businesses. Keep your eyes on my page to see what I have been using!
