For a little while i’ve felt like my social media was maybe sending mixed signals….

One day I’m talking about the nervous system, trauma responses and therapy.

The next I’m talking about meditation, intuition, tarot or energy.

But the truth is… that’s because both are part of who I am and both have a place in the work I do.

The clinical side helps us understand why we feel the way we feel. It provides structure, education and practical tools for change.

The more spiritual side creates space for reflection, meaning, self-connection and curiosity.

I don’t believe healing has to sit entirely in one camp or the other.

Some people come to me wanting evidence-based support, nervous system regulation and therapy.

Others come because they’re craving something deeper, quieter and harder to explain.

Most people, if I’m honest, need a little of both.

You’ll never be pressured into anything that doesn’t resonate with you.

If you want purely therapeutic work, that’s exactly what we’ll do.

If you’re drawn to a more intuitive experience alongside that, there’s space for that too.

My role isn’t to tell you what to believe.

My role is to help you feel calmer, safer, more connected to yourself and more able to move forward in your life.

The clinical and the spiritual don’t compete in my world.

They simply meet in the middle, where healing happens. 🤍

Tarot has become a surprisingly big part of my work.

Whilst many people know me for therapy, hypnotherapy and nervous system regulation, others are drawn to the intuitive side of what I do.

For me, tarot isn’t about predicting your future.

It’s about perspective.

It’s about slowing down, reflecting, noticing patterns and exploring what may be sitting beneath the surface. Sometimes the cards simply help us see something we’ve known all along.

Last night was another beautiful Create Your Calm workshop ✨

And as always, it wasn’t really about making something.

Yes, we blended and created our own calming room sprays, choosing scents intuitively and taking time to create something personal. But what I love most about these evenings is everything that happens around the activity.

The slowing down.

The conversations.

The laughter.

The moments of quiet.

The permission to step away from busy lives, busy minds and endless to-do lists for a couple of hours.

Creating becomes the excuse. The real magic is the connection, the presence and the opportunity to simply be.

We ended the evening the same way we always do… wrapped in blankets, eyes closed, sinking into a guided meditation and leaving a little calmer than we arrived.

I work Sundays too… and I currently have a small number of 1:1 appointments available in Usk this weekend.

One thing I hear time and time again is:

“I’m coping.”

And often they are.

They’re getting up, going to work, replying to messages, looking after everyone else and doing everything they’re supposed to do.

But coping and thriving are not the same thing.

Sometimes anxiety doesn’t look like panic.
Sometimes stress doesn’t look like a breakdown.
Sometimes it looks like overthinking, exhaustion, tension, poor sleep, people-pleasing, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply never quite being able to switch off.

For a long time I’ve kept my more spiritual side fairly separate from my work.

Many of you know me through therapy, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, meditation and relaxation. Others know me through crystals, energy work, intuition and the little moments of magic that often find their way into my sessions.

The truth is… both sides are me.

Over the last few months I’ve had more and more people ask for tarot readings. Some have come after a session, some after a Sunday Reset, and some simply because they feel drawn to it.

So I’ve decided to officially offer Tarot Readings.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month 🤍

Something many people don’t realise is that around 85% of my clients are men.

Over the last year I’ve sat with men carrying grief they never spoke about, anxiety they thought they had to hide, pressure to keep everyone else going, relationship struggles, trauma, burnout, panic attacks, addiction, loneliness and the weight of trying to be “strong” all the time.

What I’ve learnt is this…

Most men don’t need fixing.
They need a space where they don’t have to perform.
A space where they don’t have to have all the answers.
A space where they can simply put the armour down for a little while.

Whether you’re struggling silently, carrying more than anyone realises, or just feeling exhausted from holding everything together, please know that you don’t have to do it alone.

My therapy room is a judgement-free space.
No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to explain yourself perfectly.

Just a safe space to be human.

Men’s mental health deserves more than a month of awareness.

Sometimes we don’t need more advice.
