Hey… I’ve had a lot of new followers recently so I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Chelsea — the face behind N**E Chelsea & Glow Collective.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 10 years now.
I started out in hairdressing… then went on to open my own tanning business with my partner…

and from there, I found my way into aesthetics — which I’ve now been doing for over 4 years.

Over that time, I’ve built two busy businesses…
all while raising my two babies, being a mam, a wife-to-be, and everything else in between.

It’s a lot… but I wouldn’t change it.

Because this was never just a job for me.

Even from when I was younger, I’ve always loved making people feel good about themselves…
whether it was doing hair, makeup, or just helping my friends feel more confident.

And somehow, that turned into this.

Aesthetics, to me, isn’t about trends or doing the same thing on everyone.
It’s about understanding faces, creating balance, and enhancing what’s already there…

so you still look like you just more confident.

There are so many people in this industry, and I truly believe there’s space for everyone…
but it’s about finding someone who understands you.

For me, this is more than a job
it’s something I genuinely love, something that fulfils me, and something I’ve grown into over the years.

you can kinda see straight away where this went wrong 👀

she came to me after having filler done somewhere else
and she just wasn’t happy with how it was sitting

it had been placed too deep, right down along the waterline
which is why you can see those two heavier lumps through the lip

we actually see this quite a lot in clinic
and most people think they just need more filler to fix it…

but it’s not that

this was a correction

so instead of adding more for the sake of it
I used 0.75ml and focused on placing it properly
lifting it, smoothing it out and bringing everything back into balance

there is still a bit of swelling here as well
but you can already see how much cleaner it’s sitting

this is why I always say…
it’s not about the amount
it’s about who’s placing it 🤍
