Havnt made a post but it was my last day at Sykes & Verwey on the 28th of Feb. It was both a joyous & sad day. I've been part of the S&V team for 3 years and I've had a brilliant time there! I can't thank Freddie Powell enough for giving me the opportunity to work there and learn from both him and the other chiros.
Whilst there I undertook my level 5 in soft tissue therapy along with other course such as spinal manipulation.
I've seen the side of private health care and more importantly chiropractic care and what it can do for people!

I will certainly miss all the fantastic members of the team there at Sykes and of course all the clients that make up the clinic!

I want to thank Freddie, the main man for giving a simple level 3 massage therapist the opportunity and chance to believe in himself and take that next step in my clinic development and career!

Thank you to Yasmin for having endless amounts of patience and allowing me to practice my spinal manipulation techniques.

Thank you to Joe for being a lovely calming presence in the clinic and always willing to answer my questions.

Thank you to the receptionist team for helping all of us out with our whom the ship wouldn't run! 🚢

lift_me_up_wl just around the corner for and it's her first comp!! 🏋️🏋️‍♀️

Had a few sessions with Lauren now & as a training physio she knows the importance of taking care of your body! Proactive rather than reactive! ⏰

Working through the typical areas of a Olympic lifter and hopefully kept her restrictions free for this coming Sunday!!

Looking forward to see her on the platform 🏋️‍♂️💪🙌

Been working with for a few months now 🙌 Tackling areas of restrictions, tightness and injury as she's progressed through her Olympic Lifting journey!

* Initial session was to combat hip flexor tightness and pain when performing certain movement in the gym 🏋️

* Since then we've been keeping up with maintenance work and trying to keep the injuries and restrictions at bay!
