🗯 Tasnim wanted a completely seamless, blended balayage with fine strands to create an overall lighter, brighter look.

Initially, she wasn’t keen on warmth in her consultation, but once she saw how light we could lift her hair, brightness became the priority. I explained we could tone it down to a cooler, ashier finish, but she chose to keep it as light as possible.

So, we softly neutralised any brassiness while maintaining that brightness, creating a warm, luminous, and naturally lived in blonde

🗯 Amy was after thickness, mainly to fill out the front. Sway gave us the best match for what we needed. As you can see we went higher and tilted to get the maximum effect. Then trimmed to blend in with her own hair.

🗯 Becky was after a miracle. THE miracles or miracles, the “…dying my hair black for the past year, right after we lightened it all to go violet red. Now I want white 90s stripes..”
This is the kind of miracle that not even Harry Potter would touch 😅 Never one to disappoint I gave Becky the extension route. Layering dark and icy blonde weaves to create this dramatic look. I love the creative part of my job.

🗯 Transformation that used my whole brain! Coming in with a long history of home dying and bleaching! I had to really tread carefully. I had to dissect what I could bleach what I couldn’t, manage expectations of how real our end goal was, offering alternatives explaining the journey. The darker red part of the hair was thick and strong not comprised. Focusing on that I started with the low and slow method, standard with this type of job. What did I expect? That she would be leaving with copper hair. I used 000 and 6% on the home bleached delicate hair underneath and money piece. It removed most of the pale pink staining. Root tap and piece by piece bespoke toning to create a multi tonal hi-lighted natural clean blonde. Moral of the story, even with a strand test (went orange) and years of doing hair you can’t always guarantee how someone’s hair reacts to something. I did not anticipate her leaving with healthy blonde hair in one session!
