Hello everyone.

After a long (not so intentional, break from social media) I am back. And much like Mariah or Bublé, just in time for Christmas. Thank you all for bearing with me and my lack of online interaction.

It may be early for New Year's resolutions, but mine is to keep up to date with Social Media to keep all of you informed on news and any deals.

Good Morning

I have been very quiet on my social media over the past few months and I’m disappointed that my post isn’t going to be a cheerful one.

In just the 2 days I’ve been open this week (bare in mind it’s only 10.30 on a Wednesday morning) I have lost £100 in last minute cancellations and no shows. Being Self Employed in this industry means I get paid when clients show up, if you don’t that’s my wages gone.

These last 6 months have been the worst 6 months I’ve had as a business owner, with no shows and last minute cancellations. As a result of this and to protect myself and my business I will now be introducing a cancellation policy and taking deposits. This is something I have been reluctant to do in the past because I didn’t want client to pay for a treatment they haven’t received. As a result though this means that I do not get paid.

Over the next few days I will post my new policy, this will then be put in place immediately when a booking is made. I hope you can all understand why I am having to do this. Thank you to all my clients that have continued to support me over the years.

As most of you will be aware last Saturday myself and Harry finally got married 💕

I decided to take some time off of work for a couple of days pre wedding and then the week after. This may explain why I’ve been very quiet and not replied to any message for a week or so. I wanted to make the most of my time off and really not think about work. I will spend my day today replying to all of your enquires and get you all booked in as soon as I can.

I want to apologise to anyone who is still awaiting a reply to any messages that have been sent to me over the past week! Myself and my partner have been really unwell with Covid. We are both on the mend now, and I’d like to thank all of my clients who have been so understanding with all the appointments that got cancelled at such short notice! As you can imagine I have a large number of you to book back in, my priority will be getting everyone booked back in that had appointments cancelled. Any new inquiries unfortunately will have to wait until I’ve caught back up with myself, I of course will try and get you all in and soon as I possibly can!

I have been blown away with the bookings that have been made since we've been able to get back to work and I am honestly so thankful for you all. I would like to apologise for my delays in getting back to some of you but it's been far more challenging then I realised trying to get back into a work life balance.
