I often mention items that I use during your treatment that would help to prolong the benefits you feel and I also talk about items that we use in our home. So to make it easier to find these items I have created a storefront. All these items in one place and you can browse at your leisure.

The exam season survival guide...with Rapid Relief Homeopathy remedies, cell salts, nutrition, and some nervous system regulation tips...
They might not listen to every piece of advice, and there might be some slammed doors too. But by focusing on sleep, protein, hydration, and movement, you are giving them a good foundation.
1. Swap the sugary snacks for PROTEIN: Protein breaks down to amino acids and amino acids are the precursors to neurotransmitters like dopamine and noradrenaline (norepinephrine for USA folks), which regulate attention. Think eggs, nuts, or Greek yoghurt, meat, fish etc.
2. HYDRATION: Did you know that even 2% dehydration can lead to a significant drop in cognitive function and memory recall....keep topping up their water AND add the cell salts to boot
3. SLEEP (I know, I know) but it is when the brain 'cleans' itself and 'files' information from short-term to long-term memory. A late-night cram session can be depleting.
4. JUMPING JACKS: As exercise snacks. When overwhelmed, they can lose touch with their physical self. You can help them 'reboot' by encouraging a 60-second burst of jumping jacks.
The rapid heartbeat and heavy breathing brings them back into the present, into their body. The nervous system gets the message that 'we are moving, we are active, we are safe'. Jumping jacks turn the stagnant, 'frozen' fear of exams into active energy.
Keep the water bottle filled, keep the fridge stocked, don't ask too many questions about what they want for dinner. Decision fatigue is common at this time; just put a healthy meal in front of them.
AND...'active rest', a five-minute walk or a quick stretch not watching a screen.
Wishing everyone well and breathe!
