We offer private bookings for individuals and groups wanting to unwind, relax and get some well earned peace and quiet.
By combining the benefits of both very warm and very chill temperatures, hot and cold spa treatment can have a noticeably positive Impact on both your mental and physical well-being by:
1.Improving your mood.
2.Improvimg circulation.
3.Reducing inflammation and muscle pain.
We have sessions available from 20 minutes to 1 hour,( prices based on per session and not per person)
£10- 20 minutes(max 2 people)
£15- 30 minutes(max 3 people)
£30- 60 minutes(mac 4 people)

Customer update. 📣
We have had a number of enquiries about whirlpool bath use with our short duration sessions, 15 & 30 minutes.
With our 15 & 30 minute bookings, each private session will have access to our Sauna and Cryospa only with whirlpool bath access included with any 60 minute bookings.
We have had to make this slight change as the cleaning time between short sessions that had whirlpool bath use was just too high, usually taking 20-30 minutes minimum, even longer with bigger groups.
