🩷A wee update on my new policy🩷

My regulars will know I will have hated the thought of having to put this in place but it’s became a must due to so many recent let downs…

No-shows and last-minute cancellations can be a bit of a nightmare 😓 When someone doesn’t turn up or cancels with little notice, it’s not just a gap in my day, it’s a spot someone else would’ve loved ✨

From now on, appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

I totally understand life happens, and I’ll always be as fair as I can 🫶 But as a small business, I really do rely on every booking showing up, so thank you for being respectful of my time 💅
