*This isn't aimed at endurance, this is a hike up Slieve Donard at a moderate pace with a few small rest breaks.
We go up as a team and come back down as a team, if some want to push on or step back a bit thats all well and good and if anyone is feeling it near the top, understand there is no pressure to push on, just kick back and rest for a bit and wait for everyone coming back, we all have to go back down 😉🏆💚

I suggest bringing a light pack lunch, plenty of water and appropriate clothing depending on the weather.

Cannabis and exercise, real world experiences.
Just a short reel to explain how I implemented Cannabis into my recent journey to the top of Slieve Donard mountain for benefits during the task and also to aid recovery and repair.
Ive just covered the basics to keep the reel short, other cannabinoids like terpenoids, flavorants and compounds in the plant are bringing a lot more benefits, not to mention increasing the entourage effect. 😉
