This is a polite notice to ask that if for any reason you cannot make your appointment, please call the salon and give as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the time to someone else and prevents the appointment slot from being left empty.

The salon had to turn clients away due to being fully booked this week, so having a full day's worth of appointments not show up or cancel without much notice is really disheartening.

As a small business, people not showing for their appointments or not giving us a chance to fill them really affects us.
