I know winter bugs and colds are everywhere right now, and I truly appreciate it when you stay home if you’re unwell. All I ask is that you please let me know as early as possible if you can’t make your appointment.

I’m always understanding. I’ve had times myself when I’ve had to cancel last minute. However, if last-minute cancellations happen more than a few times, I will need to apply a £20 cancellation fee for future appointments.

I’ve never wanted to introduce a cancellation policy because my clients are usually fantastic with this, but this week alone I’ve had five last-minute cancellations, which really impacts my small business.
