We’re currently experiencing extremely heavy traffic this morning and unfortunately we have had to rearrange and cancel some appointments as a result. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please allow plenty of extra travel time for your appointments today and double check your satnav before leaving. If you think you may be running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delays throughout the day can have a knock-on effect on our stylists’ columns and other clients’ appointments, so we really appreciate your patience and understanding today. 🩷🩵🧡

🚦🚗🚨 TRAFFIC UPDATE 🚨🚗🚦

Please make sure you’re allowing plenty of time to travel to the salon, especially with traffic being so unpredictable at the moment.

We completely understand delays can happen, but when we’re fully booked, even being a few minutes late can have a knock-on effect for the rest of the day and other children waiting for their appointments.

⏰ If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out the appointment and the relevant charge may still apply. We will always try our best to accommodate where we can, but this isn’t always possible during busy periods.

Planning ahead and leaving that little bit earlier really helps keep everything running smoothly for everyone 💇‍♀️✨

I am gonna start the day with a bit of good news and congratulate Emma on a new promotion to Salon Manager 👏🏼

We all know that this is highly deserved and Emma has become the full front face of ShortCuts Grange Park since day one of starting back with me!

Not only is Emma such a great friend of mine, she is family with a huge heart of gold and calls the salon her 2nd home. Even though Emma has been having her own health complications, she has taken on so much for me since my seizure and nothing I can do will ever repay what she’s done for me!

So Emma thank you so much for being an absolute QUEEN and running my castle for me! ❤️
